Who am I?
When it comes to health and well-being, it's all or nothing. This is one of the most common phrases I use. My professional and personal experiences have shown me more than once that building a fulfilling life is about making your own health and wellbeing a priority so you can spend your time with the people who matter most to you. This is how my professional passion and personal experience came together in a single phrase that ultimately showed me where I was learning, but most importantly, where I was ADD.
